บริษัทฯ ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 1970 มีกำลังผลิต 200 - 300 ตัน/เดือน เดิมใช้ชื่อว่า "ธรรมเสถียร" และได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น บริษัท ที.เอส.ที.พลาสแพค จำกัด ในปี ค.ศ.1989 ซึ่งตั้งอยู่บนเนื่อที่กว่า 11 ไร่ ภายใต้การบริหารงานของ กรรมการผู้จัดการ คุณนิวรณ์ รงครัตนะกุล ที่มุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่ดีที่สุด จนปัจจุบันเรามีผลิตภัณฑ์มากมายหลายอย่างและมีผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ ที่ใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อม เช่น ถุงพลาสติก ที่ย่อยสลายได้ในธรรมชาติ เป็นต้น
